Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. You can request a return within this period under the following conditions:

Full Refund Eligibility:

  • The received items do not match your order.

  • The items are defective.

  • The items were damaged during delivery.

  • The shipment was lost in transit.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Important: Please record a proper unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly while opening the package. This may be requested to process your return, refund, or replacement.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return first. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
